[Track Operation Method]
The three blue buoys are mounted on fixed axes, alternating rotations in opposite directions; the yellow springboard tilts downward upon being stepped on, then uses rebound to assist jumping; the red pendulum hammer swings left and right along a fixed arc, passing over Xia Yan's head on the first swing, and only contacting her upper back slightly off-center on the second return swing.
