Celestial Brush Summons a Crystalline Water Dragon

A cinematic vertical video starting on a dark, stormy rooftop overlooking a sprawling urban city. A woman in a white and beige traditional robe with long dark hair stands watching a majestic, translucent blue water-dragon coiled in the stormy clouds. The dragon lunges towards her, transitioning into a bright, ethereal realm above the clouds where she floats under a brilliant sun. She draws a glowing circle with a brush on parchment, creating a vortex in the clouds, then summons water spirals that shape into a massive crystalline dragon that dives down toward the city below, creating a giant splash through the cloud layer. Photorealistic, high-end VFX, epic fantasy atmosphere, dynamic camera angles, 8k resolution.
